ANALOG COLLAGE
Cuellar started doing collage at the beginning of the pandemic. It began as a way to focus on beautiful images and have a sense of predictability in a chaotic time when so few things were certain. It was not only a practice in intuitive arrangements but it was immediately a form of self soothing. All images come from vintage nudie magazines, LIFE magazines, coffee table books, vintage cook books and other paper materials.
